The consultation is to focus on you sharing any areas of issues, stressors, or concerns you are interested in working on with the therapist. This is also a good opportunity for you to ask any additional questions you may have about our practice and the therapist. At the end of the consultation, if you decide to move forward with therapy, your first appointment will be scheduled. This will be an initial assessment to determine a personalized treatment plan and frequency for your sessions.

I am a licensed mental health therapist practicing throughout the state of New York. I currently work with clients virtually using a secure video conferencing platform.
