Elite Therapist for High Performers & Ambitious Women
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the confidant, the friend people turned to for a listening ear. Helping others navigate life circumstances as a teen revealed my natural affinity for communication and guidance. Early experiences that would lay the groundwork for my journey to becoming a licensed mental health therapist. My passion for mental health deepened as I faced personal challenges in my family. A loved one struggled with mental illness and substance misuse, and I witnessed how these issues rippled through our lives, creating anxiety, confusion, and emptiness. This journey cultivated my empathy for others struggling to navigate challenging upbringings and highlighted the need for a safe space where individuals feel heard and validated.
You pour into everything and everyone.
Now it’s time to pour into yourself.
The Journey That Started Breaking Barriers Mental Health Counseling
Breaking Barriers Mental Health Counseling was born from a passion to create a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to face the challenges that have kept them stuck. The name itself speaks to the courage it takes to confront emotional walls, generational patterns, and internalized beliefs that no longer serve us. This practice was founded on the belief that healing isn’t linear. It’s layered, intentional, and deeply personal. Here, therapy is more than a service; it’s a journey of reclaiming one’s voice, learning healthy boundaries, and making sustainable, compassionate change. Breaking Barriers stands as a commitment to growth, resilience, and the transformative power of self-understanding.
